Have you ordered glasses from Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier and decided to return them? The returns procedure is very simple. We'll explain it all below.
Return procedure
At Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier, we make your life easier by offering you an easy returns procedure.
Customers have fourteen days in which to return a product. So, if you'd like to return your item after placing your order online, the procedure is as follows:
- Attach a note stating the reason for the return, to facilitate the restocking procedure.
- Return your parcel by registered post, with acknowledgement of receipt, to the following address:

You can also contact customer service if you would like to explain in more detail the reasons for your return. A customer service representative will be happy to advise you and possibly suggest an alternative: choosing another model of glasses and placing a new order, more in line with your expectations, for example.
We will then send you a reply, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Return terms and conditions
As explained above, in addition to the 14-day cooling-off period, Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier offers you the possibility of returning your products without having to justify yourself. To do so, you must return them to us intact, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by their cases, instructions and all the accessories that were sent with your purchase.
Please note that if you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Refund of product and return costs
Items ordered from Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier and returned to us will be reimbursed within 30 days of receipt.
Items returned to us will be reimbursed using the same method of payment you used to place your order. The same conditions apply to reimbursement of delivery costs to your home or billing address.
Please note that no refunds will be made for frames adapted to your eyesight or for models with the anti-theft device removed.
If you refuse to accept your parcel or if it is returned to us for any reason, we will charge you for the cost of returning it.
* Frames and lenses adapted to your eyesight do not have an anti-theft device, as they are not refundable.
