Returns: the procedure to be followed
At Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier, we make your life easier by proposing an easy return procedure.
The client has a period of 14 days to return a product. Thus, if you want to return a product after having proceeded to an online order, the procedure is the following:
- Join a paper precising the reason of the return, as it helps us in the process of warehousing
- Send us the product as a recommended package (with acknowledgement of receipt) at the following address:

You can also contact our customer care service if you want to explain in further details the reasons of your return. A representative of the customer care department is at your disposal to advise and eventually suggest to you an alternative: choose another pair of glasses and proceed to a new order corresponding better to your expectations for example.
We will answer within 24 hours or 48 hours during weekends.

Terms and conditions of returns
As explained above, and in addition to the 14 days withdrawal period, Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier gives you the possibility to return us the goods without having to provide any justification. To do so, the products must be intact, unused and in their original package, along with their cases, instructions, and the entire range of accessories delivered inside the order.
It should be recalled that when returning an article, the shipping costs are at the expense of the client.
Refund of the product and costs of return
The refund of the articles ordered at Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier and returned will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the day of receipt of returned products.
Furthermore, the products returned will be refunded by the same method of payment as the one used for the order. The same conditions apply to the refund of the at home delivery costs or at the billing address indicated for the order.
