The client has a period of 14 days to return a product. Thus, if you want to return a product after having proceeded to an online order, the procedure is the following:

It should be recalled that when returning an article, the shipping costs are at the expense of the client.
Refund of the product and costs of return
The refund of the articles ordered at Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier and returned will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the day of receipt of returned products.
Furthermore, the products returned will be refunded by the same method of payment as the one used for the order. The same conditions apply to the refund of the at home delivery costs or at the billing address indicated for the order.
