I have a promotional code, where can I use it?

If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the space provided just below the order summary in the basket. Make sure you click on 'OK' to validate the code. Celine Roland Opticien Lunetier offers several means of payment: we accept payment by credit card (visa, mastercard etc..), with Paypal also (it avoids you to communicate your bank details), also in payment in installments.

Are payments secure?

All our banking transactions are fully secured thanks to SSL encryption. When you pay online by card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), your information is directly protected and is never stored on our site. Please note that Electron, Maestro, e-cards and Indigo cards are not accepted.

Can we pay in several installments?

We offer you the possibility to pay for your purchases in several installments in a secure manner. You can pay in 3x or 4x by credit card via Oney, or in 4x with PayPal. These payment solutions allow you to spread your expenses while guaranteeing a secure transaction.

Returns, refunds and after-sales service

I broke my frame bought on another site / in another store. Can I do an after sales service at your place ?

We can carry out an after-sales service even if the frames do not come from our brand. We will gladly take care of the after-sales service. However, you will be asked to pay a fee depending on the nature of the breakage.  The price will depend on the part to be changed.

I need a service on my frame purchased on your website. What is the procedure to follow ?

If you need a service on a frame you ordered from us, we invite you to contact us by email: [email protected] or by phone: 07.87.58.29.28 to explain your request. We take in charge all the requests of repair of glasses bought on our Internet site. 

 We invite you to send us a picture of your frame in order to analyze the breakage and finally order the necessary parts. 

At the same time, you can send us the frame in order to make the necessary assembly. Here is the address to which to send the product: 6 rue du stade 68400 Riedisheim

I want to request an exchange, what can I do ?

You can contact the customer service who will be happy to answer your request. Remember to bring your order number. Attention, the exchange is only possible if the model has only been tried on and not worn.

I received the wrong product, what can I do ?

If this is the case, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.  Here is the procedure to follow: first contact our customer service by email: [email protected] or by phone: 07.87.58.29.28 indicating the error of the reference received. Our teams will guide you to return the package for exchange.

What should I do if the frame I receive is damaged ?

All frames are inspected and cleaned before shipping to ensure that there are no defects. If you receive a damaged frame, you can first send a picture of the defect by email. Do not forget to attach the invoice of your purchase with the order number.  Once the photo is received by e-mail, our after-sales service team will analyze the defect and send you a return.

What are the guarantees for frames without correction lenses?

All frames ordered without corrective lenses are guaranteed for 2 years.

Are custom-made frames (customization or lens fitting) returnable?

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, returns will not be accepted. As with customization of lenses, any modification of the frame based on the customer's request, correction, etc. does not include a refund of the product.

How can I get reimbursed by the Social Security?

Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier is approved by Social Security. Indeed, by choosing an optical model on our website, you will benefit from the reimbursement of your expenses by the Health Insurance Fund and your mutual health insurance. 

It should be noted that the amount of the rest of the expenses covered by your complementary health insurance depends on the contract binding you to your mutual health insurance. We therefore advise you to contact your health insurance company to find out the terms and conditions.

Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier will process your order: order the lenses and assemble the lenses. We will then send you your package in which you will find your glasses, the invoice, the receipt and the pre-filled care sheet. You will then send to the Social Security the completed and signed care sheet accompanied by your prescription. 

If your health insurance company does not send your file directly to your mutual health insurance company, it will send you a reimbursement statement. This will indicate the amount covered by your health insurance company. You will then only have to send this statement of reimbursement and the invoice to your mutual insurance company.

When will I receive my refund?

You can track your return package using the tracking number provided when you dropped off the package at the post office. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it may take up to a week for the refund to be processed (a survey is conducted to verify that the product is in good condition). Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Does my return have to be sent back in its original CELINE ROLAND OPTICIEN LUNETIER package?

We recommend that you make your return using the package in which your order was received. If you are unable to do so, please use another suitable package. Also, please make sure that branded boxes and packaging are well protected inside your return package. Items returned in unsuitable packages and/or without protection for branded boxes and packaging may not be refunded.

I don't like the design after all. How do I make a return ?

To prepare your return package:

  1. Sunglasses or optical frames (optical frames with corrective lenses cannot be returned for reimbursement) are to be returned in their original branded packaging/case inside the CELINE ROLAND OPTICIEN LUNETIER package.
  2. It is important to include the invoice and the reason for returning the package.
  3. Go to a post office to send the package. Insurance and tracking are strongly recommended. 
What is CELINE ROLAND OPTICIEN LUNETIER's return policy?

We offer a full refund (excluding outbound shipping costs) for any item returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

To make a return, you just have to contact the customer service at 03. 67.26.73.14 or by mail : [email protected] . A return will be communicated to you within 24 hours. 

Please note that all items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all original tags attached. All branded boxes and packaging that came with your item must also be included in the return package. If any items are damaged or missing from your return package, you may not receive a refund. How do I change my password ?

In order to change your password, you will need to go to your customer account, under the "Information" section. You can easily enter your new password.

I forgot my password: what should I do ?

Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page and enter your e-mail address. You will receive an email to reset your password.

How do I change my personal information ?

You can modify your personal data at any time in the "Your account" section. You will then have access to all the data modifications: name, first name, addresses, email etc. Note that all these elements are essential for the processing of your future orders.

Do I need an account to place an order ?

No, to place and track your order you do not need to create a customer account. 

However, having a CELINE ROLAND OPTICIEN LUNETIER account allows you to benefit from many advantages: consult and follow the status of your order, directly manage your returns, quickly reorder and consult your order history and updates. You can also keep your favorite products in your Wishlist so that you can find them quickly and continue your purchase.

Do I need to make an appointment to come ?

No. You don't need an appointment to come to the boutique. You will be well taken care of by our qualified opticians. 

On the other hand, if you wish to deal with the manager Céline Roland, an appointment is necessary to come to the store.

When can we visit your boutiques ?

To visit our boutiques and discover our most luxurious collections, you can come from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm

Do you have a physical store ?

Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier is located in the Grand-Est region of Alsace and has 2 luxurious boutiques that you can visit.

  • The store in Riedisheim: Céline Roland offers no less than 100 luxury brands and more than 1 500 references in its store in Riedisheim. You will be able to find the greatest luxury brands such as CARTIER, FRED, DIOR, SAINT-LAURENT and many others.
    The store is located in Riedisheim in the shopping mall of SUPER U at 6 rue du stade (CP : 68400).
  • The store in Mulhouse: Céline Roland Optician Lunetier opens her second store in the heart of Mulhouse in December 2023. She decided to create a luxurious universe in the image of the greatest designer brands.

The store is located in the heart of Mulhouse at 14 rue Louis Pasteur (CP : 68100)

What are the different ranges of lenses ?

Céline Roland Opticien Lunetier works mainly with the glass manufacturer Mega Optic. However, if you have a particular request for another glassmaker, we can collaborate with :

Do I have to send my prescription ?

If you hope to obtain a refund from the various organizations, the prescription will be more than necessary to allow us to generate the following documents: medical receipt, invoice, care sheet etc. 

As a reminder, reimbursement may only be possible if the equipment is fully adapted to your eyesight. 

What to do when a product is out of stock ?

When one of the products you want is no longer available and therefore out of stock, it usually means that the model is no longer produced by our supplier. However, it is possible that the supplier renews its models in the new collections in which you will be able to find a similar frame.

How do I measure pupil distance ?

Although some ophthalmologists write it down, pupillary distance is not usually indicated on the prescription. If this is the case, rest assured, our teams will contact you to explain the method to follow to calculate them.

Are the products available from CELINE ROLAND OPTICIEN LUNETIER authentic ?

Our selection of sunglasses/optics is meticulously handpicked by the best luxury brands worldwide (Cartier, Fred, etc.). We guarantee their authenticity. A certificate of authenticity is also delivered with the original packaging of the frame (case, microfiber, handbag etc.). 

Are all the frames available ?

Most of the frames we offer on our website are available in our warehouse. If one of the models is not in stock in our warehouse, our teams place orders with suppliers. The delivery time is then estimated at one week. 

Are the glasses authentic?
