A little history...

The Loewe house is a Spanish luxury brand specializing in leather goods and fashion accessories. It was founded in 1846 in Madrid by Enrique Loewe Roessberg, a craftsman of German origin.

Initially, Loewe was a small leather goods company renowned for the exceptional quality of its leather products. The brand quickly gained popularity and became the official supplier to the Spanish royal court in 1905.

Over the years, Loewe has expanded its product range to include handbags, wallets, belts, accessories and ready-to-wear clothing. The house has successfully combined tradition and modernity, preserving artisanal techniques while integrating contemporary and innovative designs.

In the 1970s, Loewe reached a major turning point when the brand was acquired by the French luxury group LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton). 

Under the creative direction of several talented designers, most notably Narciso Rodriguez and Stuart Vevers, Loewe continued to evolve and reinvent itself. In 2013, Jonathan Anderson was appointed artistic director of the brand and breathed new creative energy into Loewe.

Today, Loewe is recognized as one of the most prestigious and innovative luxury brands in the world. The house is celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, its refined aesthetic and its collaborations with renowned artists.
