100% Santé Prescription Glasses

There are 2 classes for optical equipment:

• Class A, which has no out-of-pocket cost (100% Santé offer),

• Class B, for which prices are freely set (outside the 100% Santé offer).

   

Class A, "100% Santé basket" equipment

We offer within the framework of the 100% santé basket:
– Frames complying with European standards, priced at or below €30.
– 17 different models of adult and children's frames in 2 different colours and 10 children's frame models in 2 colours as well.
– Lenses (thinned, anti-reflective and scratch-resistant) covering all visual impairments.
– Their prices are capped.
– Social Security reimbursement bases have been revalued and refocused on this class to ensure the quality of the equipment offered.
– Responsible insurance contracts must cover them in full from 2020 onwards.

Class B, equipment other than "100% Santé"

We offer within the framework of the free 100% santé basket:

– Free pricing.
– Frame reimbursement up to €100 by complementary insurers.

Provision of 100% Santé equipment
Since 1^er January 2020, we present in our point of sale at least 17 frame models in 2 different colours for adults and 10 different frames for children in 2 colours as well, priced at or below €30 (maximum retail price), within the framework of the 100% Santé basket as well as the services and equipment included in the 100% Santé optical care basket. Beneficiaries of the Complémentaire santé solidaire (C2S) can benefit from the same rates as other insured persons, since 1^er January 2020.

These models are available and can be tried on in our shop at 6 rue du Stade in Riedisheim.

A total amount ranging from €95 to €265 for a 100% Santé single vision package or from €180 to €370 for a 100% Santé progressive lens package

For a 100% Santé package comprising frames and lenses, in the case of a patient with a mild prescription, the maximum price for glasses is set at €95, of which €30 for the frame for single vision lenses, or €180 for a package with progressive lenses, and the insured person's reimbursement is covered 100% by the Assurance Maladie and the complementary insurer.

Furthermore, the maximum price for 100% santé equipment is €265 in the case of very strong prescriptions with single vision lenses and €370 with progressive lenses.

A possible "mix-and-match" between 100% Santé optical basket equipment and others
The patient also has the option of "mixing" their optical equipment, that is to say choosing lenses with no out-of-pocket costs and a frame outside the 100% Santé basket, or vice versa. This will be reimbursed under the conditions set out in their complementary insurance contract, up to a limit of €100 and with a possible chosen out-of-pocket cost.
